Travellers Oasis Cairns Terms and Conditions

• Pickups between 7.30am until 8.00pm. Otherwise we can arrange a late self check in.
• Air conditioning are on timers and cost $1 for 3 hours
• Cancellations Policy is 48 Hours from 10am on your day of arrival. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival will attract a cancellation fee of one night's stay.

Office hours are 7am until 12 noon and then from 4pm until 8pm. We do however divert the phone between 12 noon and 4pm. We also release an afterhours number in the case of an emergency. If your arrival time is outside these hours, you will receive a self check in procedure at the time of confirmation.
